Air Travel

Participants are responsible for their own flight arrangements. Please book your flights once you have been notified of your acceptance into the program and when the program is confirmed to proceed. When booking your flight, you will need to select MULTIPLE DESTINATIONS since you are arriving in Venice and departing from Rome. Please reserve your flights so you arrive on Sunday, May 30 and depart Sunday, June 13. We will not provide rooms for any extra days in Italy.

Accommodations

Three-star hotels have been reserved for participants. Tuition includes hotel.

All hotels are centrally located within walking distance of classrooms.

If you choose to provide your own accommodations, program tuition will be discounted. Please contact Esther Ro-Schofield for more information.

Local Transportation

Participants will receive an orientation packet that includes information on transportation within Italy.
