Designer for interactive, participatory experiences beginning in 1977 with the nation’s first hands-on learning environment for the Brooklyn Children’s Museum. Publishes books frequently on the subject of interactive design including Interactive Excellence: Defining and Developing New Standards for the Twenty-first Century. Served on the Advisory Panel of the National Science Foundation and is a member of the Board of Directors of New York City Outward Bound and the John F. Kennedy Library.
