The first stage in the evolution of the MFAD thesis into a VENTURE took place over two days last week. Students presented their proposals to a group of faculty and alumni, who in turn critiqued, commended and provided thoughts on improvements, advisors and alternative strategies to the fledgling start-ups. Subjects ran the gamut from a vigorous campaign against book banning to an ambitious app to help maintain Latin American women’s health. The next stage is the formative refinement of all the projects. Follow developments here.
