When in Rome, Taste the Wine

Aside from the amazing typography lessons we had today and yesterday, a couple of the students got a personal lesson in Italian wine tasting from two connoisseurs, Dr. Mauro Serefini and Paulo Frugoni, whom I personally interviewed.
We learned about which wines are most fitting to certain parts of Rome. This sparked ideas in students for their upcoming projects and helped finalize the ideas they had in mind.
Everyone received recommendations of the best true Roman restaurants in the area. We have all been venturing out, exploring more and more every day. We are staring to feel like true Romans and barely have to look at our maps!
