2024 Portfolio Review

May 03 2024

by Soumya Gupta

As another academic year comes to an end, the graduating class of 2024 organized the second
ever annual portfolio review with MFA Design alumni on May 2nd.

Every student got 30 minutes to showcase their portfolio website to each alumnus, after which the students received feedback on their design work, and advice on improving their presentation and website organization.

The alumni network is a crucial part of the MFA Design ecosystem, providing guidance, advice, and camaraderie. We thank Julia Ames ‘05, Andy Outis ‘06, Kimberly McGuire ‘14, Kenny Batu ‘15, Michael Stone ‘17, Ashlyn Stewart Cavitt ‘21, Ezra Lee ‘22, and Mingxuan Shen ‘23 for attending and giving their valuable time to our students.

The Portfolio Review was followed by lunch in the studio where all the students and alumni got to informally catch up with each other and with Co-Chairs Steven Heller and Lita Talarico.

The students received great value from this session and we look forward to keeping this tradition alive going forward.
