Alum Designs Bikestock

Tyler Mintz (MFAD ’11) writes: “For many New Yorker’s cycling is the most convenient choice of transport. Whether it’s because you can’t afford a cab or don’t like being a sardine on the L, bicycles provide an important alternative for those who choose it. Unfortunately the perilous streets of New York City can cause a cyclist to need bike parts and access to repair stations 24 hours a day. Which is why we created Bikestock, a bike parts vending machine company that also offers free bike repair 24 hours a day. By offering cyclists what they need around the clock we aim to empower and encourage all New Yorker’s to ride a bike and explore the streets of New York City.” Go here to see more of Miintz’s superb branding.
