This weekend New York City was host to The 2015 World Maker Faire at the New York Hall of Science in Flushing Meadows Park (site of the 1939 and 1964 New York World’s Fairs). MFA Design faculty member, Fred Kahl exhibited his ambitious 3D printed model of Luna Park; he also body-scanned visitors to create their portraits at 3D SCAN-RAMA.

Director of Technology Ron Callahan hosted computing programming classes for kids at his booth The Raspberry Heights Workshop.
