There are a few moments that I wish I could re-do in my life. My biggest regret is not having the chance to say goodbye to my father who suddenly passed away from heart complications on March 19, 2000. This book is about saying goodbye to him. Each page represents a year in passing, as you go through the pages, more of the letter and more of his face becomes visible. At the end of the book, which symbolizes the present day, you can see his whole face and read the whole letter, which is my way of saying I’m more at peace with his passing, I’m closer to him and can fully express my farewell.
