Meet: Gilad Foss, Baltimore, Maryland

“I made this video to illustrate the aphorism “When People Do Bad Things, It’s Usually Due to Stupidity, Not Spite,” says Gilad Foss, “which often comes to mind when I see people behaving badly in public or read about serious accidents and even crimes in the news. This phrase felt especially poignant when I was talking to someone at a wedding. He told me that he knew someone who had young children and kept loaded guns in the home. As I started researching this issue, I found that sadly, accidents involving children and guns in the home is a commonplace occurrence in the U.S. and are almost entirely avoidable.”
