Festa della Repubblica (Republic Day) — the day when every year students show the first iterations of their Workshop projects — is the Italian National Festival Day. Celebrated on June 2 the day commemorates the referendum held in 1946, whereby the Italian people, freed from Fascism, were called to the polls to decide on the republic as its form of government.
