Meet Grace Ann Perry, one of our MFAD Class of 2025 students.

Hometown: Nashville, TN

My name is Grace Ann and I graduated from Samford University in 2021 with my BFA in Graphic Design. I have been a designer for 5 years and have worked in a large variety of design fields. I enjoy learning about all areas of design and how to design for each. While in the SVA MFAD program, I aspire to continue developing my unique design style and develop a venture project that I am passionate about.

Featured Work

My desire to combine my passion for music and art manifested in this zine I designed called “Music Worth Listening To”. My first zine in the series is centered around The 1975’s album “A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships.” It is a musically diverse album that has had a big impact on my life, so I chose to stylistically display the song lyrics and my visual representation of each song. This zine received two Addy awards from the American Advertising Federation: a AAF State Silver Addy Award and a AAF District 7 Gold Addy Award.
