Telling Stories Festive Food Filled Finale

Dec 18 2017

As the capstone to Stephen Doyle and Gael Towey’s “Telling Stories” class the first year students premiered their short films, ranging from a profile of New York’s number one hot dog cook, a study of a Brooklyn cheese monger, an artist from Bed Stuy who recently found her voice, a community of creatives in Bushwick, a tale of a father and son and so many more moving, witty, expressive works of personal passion.

This second annual finale event was held at Doyle and Towey’s wonderful home, where students pitched in to make an unforgetable feast of the best dogs (and sauerkraut) in town, luscious cheese, bread, and wine. A fine finale to an packed first semester.
