With some of the most familiar corporates logos in the world as a backdrop, this year’s SVA Masters Series award winner, yesterday afternoon Tom Geismar, chatted with and answered questions from MFAD students about mark making, signs and symbols and the histories of some of his most venerable. The entire Masters exhibition at the SVA Chelsea Gallery revealed the artistry and craft that Geismar has brought to corporate and non-profit organizations and institutions for well over 50 years.
