Every emotion in the book came through in the broad range of Ventures by the class of 2019. Subjects as complex as mental illness and death’s digital footprint, as life changing and affirming as taking more breaks from work to eliminating plastics through seaweed alternative, as seeing sound and dancing for the Deaf, as well as American dream cars in China, a bagel shop in Bogata, Columbia, as culturally educating as an arts workshop for inner-city kids to a gallery for digital art . . . and more were pitched and presented. Over the course of the next few weeks, we will spotlight this year’s crop of SVA MFAD Ventures.
