Frank Martinez took his Intellectual property and Contrats class to visit BREAKFAST-NYC (now Monochroma) in Dumbo. From there they went to WeWork in Dumbo for a tour of the “hive”. BreakfastNYC is a dedicated group of 700 Founders/CEOs who cycle through the events each month. WeWork, founded in 2010, are more than beautiful, shared office spaces but  a community. A place, they say “you join as an individual, ‘me’, but where you become part of a greater ‘we’. A place where we’re redefining success measured by personal fulfillment, not just the bottom line.
