Alumn Joseph Traylor (MFAD ’08) has co-founded Walk Up Press to make letterpress paper products (mainly stationery) less than a year ago. “My partner and I saw an opportunity in a growing segment of the shrinking greeting card market,” says Traylor. “After a lot of research, planning, and development we launched a line of cards late last year and have been growing ever since. Getting our products into the MoMA design store, as a designer in new york, was both incredibly exciting and satisfying.
