Sue Walsh was born and raised in Oak Park, a little town bordering the west side of Chicago. She has earned a BFA in Graphic Design from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and an MFA in Design from School of Visual Arts. Sue has worked at Studio Blue Inc and Otherwise Inc in Chicago. In New York, she has worked at the Museum of Modern Art, Asia Society, Kiehl's since 1851, the New York Times and now at Milton Glaser Inc. Sue also runs marathons and eats a lot of cookies. She lives in Brooklyn.

Where are you now: Sue has been working as a Senior Designer at Milton Glaser Incorporated for two years with clients like Stony Brook University, The Nation, Big Picture Learning and the John Templeton Foundation. Independently, she has worked with Art in Embassies, Tin House Books, The New Press and the National Council for Jewish Women among others. Sue also is continuing work on her thesis project, which was just awarded Design Patent D576692 by the United States Patent Office.
