Ling-Kee-Suear, aka Monkey Riding Tiger, is Thailand’s first series of farm-to-table gathering and food truck experiences made from collaborations between dedicated Thai organic farmers and passionate chefs. We are bringing stories of Thai farmers and chefs to the table. We would like to invite young Thai food enthusiasts to come together, eat mindfully and learn fascinating stories about the people who put effort behind the food they eat.
