“One Perfect Ordinary Day” is a carousel book I made for Warren Lehrer’s Writing and Designing the Visual Book class.

It generally outlines my daily routine during the first semester in the SVA MFA Design program which was exhausting but fruitful. The book has 12 folds, each fold standing for a time span of 2 hours, adding up to a whole day. I wrote my thoughts and activities for each time node on the outer layer of the book, and using cutouts as windows to reveal my inner world which was printed on the inner layer.
